We have improved the Team Inbox to help you send messages faster and manage conversations more smoothly. You can now send multiple
images, videos, and documents
in a single message across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and Live Chat.
Once you tap send, messages will be processed automatically in the background. You do not need to wait on the same screen, which helps you save time.

You can now organize your chats more efficiently with smart filters and custom inboxes. Create custom views based on your needs, save them, and reuse them anytime.
You can also control access by setting it to Only You, Everyone, or Selected Staff. This helps your team stay focused on the right conversations.
