Add a multi-select operator for the automation condition for appointment and class services
When there are two service categories—such as Appointments and Classes—we need to send different messages for each. But the automation conditions currently support only the “equals” operator, which forces us to create multiple rules for similar conditions. If operators like “is part of,” “any,” or multi-select options were available, we could select multiple services at once and significantly reduce the number of automation rules required.

Improve Broadcast Reply Tracking
When a broadcast is sent, the system tracks only the first reply from the user. However, many users have auto-replies, so the system records the auto-reply instead of the actual CTA response. Because of this, the real user action is not being tracked correctly.
