Please restrict the access of Settings options for staff and receptionists. Currently, it’s very easy for them to access and change notifications and other configurations. Having permission-based restrictions will help prevent unintended changes.

Add Activity Log for All System Changes
Many systems have an activity log. I can see logs for webhooks and communications, but it would be helpful to have a similar log for any changes made in the system — such as invoice updates, payment updates, notification changes, automation changes, etc. This would make it easier to track changes and identify the last person who modified them.

Tag Exclusion Filter for Client List
On the client section, we currently have a tag filter. However, if a client has two or more tags and the user wants to exclude a specific tag, there is no option to do so. Adding a "Exclude Tag" option would be helpful for filtering the client list more effectively.

Feature Suggestions for Upcoming Online Portal Update
Having options to set a custom color code and font for the upcoming online portal update would be useful. It would also help to allow image uploads for scheduled classes and plans, along with a feature to compare different plans — this can make it easier for customers to decide. Additionally, having the ability to upload videos would be beneficial.
