Allow users to manually stop or pause an active drip campaign for a specific contact. This helps prevent sending unnecessary messages to customers who have already converted or committed, improving customer experience and message relevance.

When there are two service categories—such as Appointments and Classes—we need to send different messages for each. But the automation conditions currently support only the “equals” operator, which forces us to create multiple rules for similar conditions. If operators like “is part of,” “any,” or multi-select options were available, we could select multiple services at once and significantly reduce the number of automation rules required.

When a broadcast is sent, the system tracks only the first reply from the user. However, many users have auto-replies, so the system records the auto-reply instead of the actual CTA response. Because of this, the real user action is not being tracked correctly.

Add an option to apply subscription credits to an appointment even after it has been marked as 'Visited'. This will help users manage missed credits and maintain accurate client credit tracking.

Add an option to accept partial payments for orders, either as a fixed amount or a percentage of the total. This will give businesses flexibility in collecting deposits or split payments, making it easier to manage orders and client commitments.

The invoice template is fully compatible with the Arabic language, including text, labels, and formatting. This will enable businesses to generate invoices in Arabic for clients, ensuring better localization and clearer communication.

It would be helpful to have a button option to enable or disable the mask phone number setting directly in the forms. Currently, updating this through variables is a bit difficult, and it’s easy to forget when creating a new form. Having a direct toggle option would make it much easier to access and manage.

Please restrict the access of Settings options for staff and receptionists. Currently, it’s very easy for them to access and change notifications and other configurations. Having permission-based restrictions will help prevent unintended changes.

Having options to set a custom color code and font for the upcoming online portal update would be useful. It would also help to allow image uploads for scheduled classes and plans, along with a feature to compare different plans — this can make it easier for customers to decide. Additionally, having the ability to upload videos would be beneficial.

A detailed report to track products sold through inventory, including client name, product name, quantity sold, and payment details. This will help users monitor product movement, client purchases, and revenue more effectively.
