Double Booking Confirmation
We have added a new
Double Booking Confirmation
feature to help businesses reduce no-shows.Send a confirmation reminder closer to the appointment date and allow customers to reconfirm their booking.
The reconfirmation status is also displayed on the schedule, making it easier for your staff to identify appointments that are still unconfirmed and follow up when needed.

You can now choose the display order of your staff members and decide who appears first, second, third, and so on.
Reorder your staff members based on your preference instead of using the default order. Customers will see the same order on your Online Booking Page and WhatsApp booking flow.
This setting applies across all workspaces and locations in your account. Only active staff members available for appointments will be displayed.
