chat filter is now available. Chats that require a response will automatically move to this section, helping your team follow up quickly.We have also improved the Hide Filter and Contact Info expand options to provide a smoother inbox experience.

You can now create custom inbox views by filtering chats based on your needs. You can save these filters and reuse them anytime.
You can also control who can access the custom inbox. You can set it for Only You, Everyone, or Selected Staff. This helps teams focus on important conversations and saves time.

This is one of the most requested features and it is now available.
You can track activities related to logins, appointments, classes, clients, catalogue, finance, integrations, and more. This helps with compliance, monitoring, and security by giving you clear visibility of actions performed inside the app.

You can now send multiple images, videos, and documents in a single message across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and Live Chat.
Once you click send, messages will process automatically in the background. You no longer need to wait on the same screen, which saves time and improves productivity.

We have added a new Exclude Tags filter option in Contacts, Clients, and Team Inbox filters. This allows you to filter and view data while excluding specific tags.
