Here are our latest Whautomate updates, designed to improve bookings, strengthen security, and simplify operations.

This is probably the biggest update we have shipped in a while, and I think your clients are going to love it.

Your clients can now filter classes by time of day We also added an invite a friend feature so clients can send a class link to family or friends and help them book the same session. Small touch, but it makes a real difference.

We redesigned the appointment flow so clients can filter services by category and get to checkout faster. Less confusion, fewer drop-offs.

Clients can now sign up and log in to the booking page to manage all their bookings from one place. They can create a profile, add details once, and use it for every future booking without filling in their information from scratch each time. It works for self-booking or booking on behalf of someone else, like a family member. Convenient and secure.

The booking page now supports dark theme and multiple languages out of the box. Whether your clients prefer a darker interface or speak a different language, the experience feels native to them.

Your clients can open the booking page on their phone and it behaves just like a native app. They can even add it to their home screen. No app store required, no downloads, just a smooth mobile experience every time.

We added a new configuration option for appointments. You can now decide whether your clients select a staff member first or a service first. This gives you more control over the booking flow based on how your business actually works.

You can now generate a direct booking URL for each individual staff member. Share it with clients, embed it on your website, or use it however fits your business. Super easy to set up.

We added Cloudflare bot verification to the booking page to keep spam bookings and automated abuse away. It runs in the background without bothering real clients.

You can now turn on OTP verification for your booking page. When clients sign up, they verify their mobile number and email address before completing a booking. This prevents incorrect contact details from being entered and makes sure all your booking notifications actually reach the right person.

The checkout page has also received some love. It now supports dark mode and multiple languages, matching the experience on your main booking page. The checkout page also automatically picks up your brand's primary color from the booking page theme so everything looks cohesive from start to finish. And once payment goes through, clients are automatically redirected to their booking confirmation page.

Managing your WhatsApp message templates is now much easier inside Whautomate.

You can now create WhatsApp Authentication templates directly from the app. You can also edit your existing templates without leaving Whautomate, or clone any template to reuse its format or content for a new one. No more starting from scratch every time.

We have also added support for sending OTP messages via WhatsApp.

For those of you using our WhatsApp chatbot for appointment bookings, we have made two improvements that will save your clients real time.

First, the calendar now only shows dates that actually have available slots. No more clicking through empty dates. Second, the bot automatically detects the client's timezone based on their country code, which is great if you serve customers across different regions or internationally.
