Here is what is new in Whautomate:
Active Contacts pricing 1 June 2026

Whautomate plan limits now count active contacts only. An active contact is anyone you have engaged, or who has messaged you, in the last 30 days. Contacts with no activity in that window do not count toward your plan limit.
How it works
A contact is active when there has been an interaction between you and the contact within the last 30 days, in either direction. The system recalculates active status every morning. A contact that crosses 30 days with no activity becomes inactive on the next recalculation and is removed from your billable count. When you next engage that contact, or they message you, they become active again immediately and count toward your limit once more.
What does not change
Inactive contacts are never deleted. All contact data, including history, tags, conversations, custom fields, country code, and phone number, remains fully intact and accessible. Inactive status affects plan limits and billing only.
What this means for you
You no longer need to delete contacts to stay within your plan. Most accounts will see their billable contact count drop, since only recently engaged contacts are counted. Your active contact count is visible in your dashboard.

Staff can now edit Paid and Partially Paid invoices when corrections are required.

To improve accountability, the reason for every invoice edit is automatically recorded in the Activity Log for team visibility.
