Whautomate Multilingual Support Is Now Live
This has been one of our most requested features, and it is finally here.
You can now use Whautomate in multiple languages, including
English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
This makes it easier to work with global teams and serve customers across different regions.Language switching is simple and instant. Each user can select their preferred language inside the app, and the entire interface updates immediately.

New Subscription Credit Report
Getting overall visibility of customer credits just got much easier.
We have introduced a new
Subscription Credit Report
that helps you track customer credits at a glance. You can now filter credits by start date and expiry date, check their status as Active, Expired, or Completed.You can also export a detailed Excel report anytime. This update saves a lot of time by removing the need to manually check individual customer credits.

Credits & Class Booking Updates
We have added new configuration options to give you better control over credit usage and class visibility.
• Restrict Credit Usage by Appointment Date
You can now configure credits so customers can only use them for scheduling appointments within the credit validity period. This prevents credits from being used for future dates beyond expiry.
• Restrict Credit Usage by Class Date
You can now restrict credits to be used only for classes scheduled within the credit validity period. This ensures credits are not applied to future classes after they expire.
• Hide Staff Name for Class Bookings
Staff names will no longer be displayed for class bookings if you enable this option. This is useful if you want to run classes without showing staff details.

Team Inbox Updates
Managing conversations is now even better.
• Message Reply Option for Messenger and Instagram
You can now reply directly to specific messages. Simply tap the Reply icon on the message you want to respond to and send your reply.
• Improved Last Message Time Display
Chats now clearly show the time for messages received today, while older messages display the date. This makes it easier to follow conversations at a glance.
