We have enhanced the Live Chat widget with more flexibility and a refreshed user experience.
You can now choose what information visitors must provide before starting a chat, including:

โข Phone Number
โข Consent Confirmation
All options are fully configurable. You can enable or disable them based on your requirements.
If all fields are disabled, visitors can start chatting immediately and a random visitor name will be assigned automatically.
We have also improved the overall design and user experience of the Live Chat widget to provide a smoother experience for both businesses and website visitors.
