Ability to setup broadcasts in a way that allows duplicates to be filtered out due to client records of siblings parent end up sending multiple messages.

is there also a way we don’t send the same broadcast message to the same parent? e.g we want to send broadcast messages about Public Holiday, but there are students who has siblings and have classes on the same day
