Shipping Configuration in Whautomate

We’ve added Shipping and Shipping Options under Whautomate Settings, allowing you to configure shipping pricing.

Disabling Shipping: The bot will stop collecting shipping details automatically—ideal for businesses selling digital products.

Enabling Shipping: Customers will be required to select a shipping option and provide their address in the bot flow.

Currently, we support:

Flat-Fee Shipping – Set a fixed shipping cost or offer free shipping.

Price-Based Shipping – Define price ranges with corresponding shipping fees.

In the future, we’ll introduce more pricing options, such as quantity-based and weight-based rules. For now, these two options cover most business needs.
